South Carolina softball had 10 players named NFCA All-American Scholar-Athletes for the 2016-17 year, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced today. Krystan White, Macey Webb, Kamryn Watts, Victoria Williams, Hayley Copeland, Kennedy Clark, Alexis Hull, Mackenzie Boesel, Tiara Duffy and Jordyn Augustus all earned the honor.

The Southeastern Conference on Tuesday announced its 2017 SEC Football Legends class, a collection of former football standouts who will be honored at events surrounding the SEC Football Championship Game in Atlanta in December.

No. 3 South Carolina women's soccer extended its winning streak to 10 games after topping Arkansas 2-0 Sunday night at Razorback Field. Senior forward Savannah McCaskill and freshman midfielder Bianca Galassini netted first-half goals for the Gamecocks (12-1, 6-0-0 SEC), who remained atop the SEC standings with the victory over the Razorbacks (7-7-1, 2-3-1 SEC).
