After being selected for the main draw and claiming victory in the first round, South Carolina senior Gabriel Friedrich fell to No. 18 Julian Cash in the second round of the Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships. As the only Gamecock to compete in the main draw, Friedrich’s loss marks the final day of competition for South Carolina.

M. Soccer. Gamecocks Travel To No. 20 Kentucky On Sunday

The University of South Carolina cross country squad runs in Columbia for the final time this season when it participates in the Koala Classic on Saturday morning. Hosted by Columbia College, the meet begins at 9:40 a.m. ET at the SOAR Fields, located at 5637 Bush River Road in Columbia.

Freshman forward Luciana Zullo found the back of the net in the 95th minute to give No. 3 South Carolina women’s soccer a dramatic 3-2 overtime victory over Mississippi State Thursday night at Stone Stadium. The Gamecocks (11-1-0, 5-0-0 SEC) remained atop the SEC standings and pushed their winning streak to nine matches with the victory over the Bulldogs (7-2-3, 1-2-2 SEC).

South Carolina women's tennis dropped a pair of tough matches in the opening day of the main draw at the 2017 Riviera/ITA All-American Championships on Thursday. Mia Horvit dropped a 4-6, 6-4, 6-0 contest to Texas Tech's Gabriela Talaba while Hadley Berg and Paige cline fell 8-4 to Samantha Harris and Kelly Chen of Duke to close the day.
